OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER AWARD is given to an outstanding volunteer who has been a great asset to the organization and has donated significant time and resources to improve WasteCap programs and initiatives.

INNOVATIVE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD was awarded to The Vinyl Institute (Arlington, VA) in the category of Outstanding Market Development for vinyl siding scrap.

BIG DIVERTER AWARD is given to a current project (either general contractor or owner) with the highest recycling rate. Projects include those in which WasteCap is involved and/or is monitoring the project's recycling program. Two awards were given, one for highest recycling rate on a new construction project and one for highest recycling rate on a demolition project.
