WasteCap Wisconsin, Inc. is providing technical assistance, educational assistance, site monitoring, and documentation of construction waste management efforts for M.A. Mortensen during construction of the Froedtert Cancer Pavilion in Wauwatosa, WI from July 2006 through March 2008. These services will help M.A. Mortenson develop, implement, track and promote a construction waste management program whose goal is to achieve a 50 percent recycling rate.

Wood 238.18 tons / 476,360 lbs.
Concrete 19,568 tons / 39,136,000 lbs.
Cardboard 8.31 tons / 16,620 lbs.
Drywall 37.50 tons / 75,000 lbs.
Reuse 2 tons / 4,000 lbs.

20,802.64 tons / 41,605,280 lbs. of material recycled to date

97.96% recycling rate
