Project: Harley Davidson Museum, Milwaukee

WasteCap Wisconsin, Inc. will provide technical assistance, educational assistance, monitor, measure,
document and publicize results of construction waste management efforts for M. A. Mortenson Company
during the construction of the Harley Davidson Museum, Milwaukee, from November 2006 through February
2008. These services will allow Mortenson Construction to have all needed implementation and documentation
to develop, implement, track and promote a successful construction waste management and recycling program
whose goal is to achieve a 50% recycling rate.
Recycling Totals (through May 20, 2008):
Metal 146.29 tons / 292,580 lbs.
Wood 62.01 tons / 124,020 lbs.
Concrete 861.37 tons / 1,722,740 lbs.
Cardboard 21.13 tons / 42,260 lbs.
Reuse 40 tons / 80,000 lbs.
1,130.8 tons / 2,261,600 lbs. of material recycled to date
77.19% recycling rate to date
