Milwaukee, WI - A comprehensive one hour special on healthy, eco-friendly building options will be airing on Milwaukee Public Television this fall. Timing is good for the premiere of Healthy Style as the environmentally sustainable building trend continues to grow. The show's Creator and Executive Producer, Lyn Falk (Solterra Studios, Thiensville, WI), says "Healthy Style will tout the benefits of living and working in healthy, eco-friendly buildings, and provide credible resources for green products and services. We want to show that designing for one's health and the health of the environment can be beautiful and practical."

Featuring personalities, projects and products from across the country, Healthy Style offers easy and affordable tips for everyone. The show looks at energy efficient buildings, recycled and natural building materials, hybrid cars, running a successful green Bed & Breakfast, and creating a healthy bedroom.

Milwaukee is proud to be a 'green' city," said Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett. "Sharing information on how to make green improvements to the structures in which we live, work and play will help ensure that we continue to lessen our impact on our environment. Healthy Style will help residents and business owners see that changes large and small can have a positive effect on our lives."

A companion website, HealthyStyleShow.tv, will offer links to the products and projects featured in the series, as well as to the program's underwriters: American Clay, The Bradley Corporation, CSA Commercial, Forbo Flooring, The Mandel Group, Ruvin Development, and WE Energies.

Healthy Style: Eco-Friendly Building Options, will be airing on Milwaukee Public Television on Thursday, Oct. 19th at 9pm, and repeated on Saturday, Oct. 21st at 2 pm. There will also be an airing in November on Ch 36. The show's website will be updated regularly to let visitors know what other markets will be airing the show and when.

Ms. Falk is available for interviews.
