WasteCap is providing technical assistance, educational assistance, site monitoring, and backup documentation services of construction waste management efforts for this project in Madison, WI. These services will help Oscar J. Boldt Construction develop, implement, track and promote a construction waste management program whose goal is to achieve a 60 percent recycling rate.
