WasteCap Wisconsin, Inc. is providing technical assistance, educational assistance, monitor, measure, document and publicize results of construction waste management efforts during the construction of the Northwestern Mutual- Phase II Expansion project in Franklin, WI from September 2006 through September 2008. These services will help Opus North Corporation develop, implement, track and promote a successful construction waste management and recycling program whose goal is to achieve a 50% recycling rate.

Results (through May 20, 2008):

Metal 113.98 tons / 227,960 lbs.
Asphalt 283.37 / 566,740 lbs.
Wood 65.95 tons / 131,900 lbs.
Concrete 504.41 tons / 1,008,820 lbs.
Drywall 10 tons / 20,000 lbs.
Cardboard 24.64 tons / 49,280 lbs.
Commingled 2.35 tons / 4,700 lbs.

1,004.7 tons / 2,009,400 lbs. of material recycled/reused to date
66.75% recycling rate to date
