Project: Veridian Homes

WasteCap is providing documentation services to analyze the construction waste management results including cost and savings to the project for Verdian Homes. WasteCap obtains weight and cost information from Veridian Homes and the waste hauler and tracks progress.

Cardboard 790.8 tons / 1,581,600 lbs.
Wood 3,363.97 tons / 6,727,940 lbs.
Vinyl 121.64 tons / 243,280 lbs.
Drywall 115.68 tons / 231,360 lbs.

4,395.3 tons / 9,790,600 lbs. of material recycled to date
62.13% recycling rate
